Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or issue refunds only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged, defective, or expired:

  • Perishable goods (fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, frozen foods).

  • Opened or partially used products.

  • Personal care items, hygiene products, and cosmetics.


3. Requesting a Return or Refund

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.


5. Replacement Policy

  • If a replacement product is available, we may offer to send it instead of processing a refund.

  • Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on product availability.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
